By placing an order through namiol you are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures. These policies are applicable to (US) country.
- 30 DAY RETURN POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- RETURN PROCESS
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@namiol.com or call us at +18282510497. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Most of the items you order through Namiol are returnable, and we have a damages policy in place to protect our customers:
- Make sure you take a few minutes to inspect all merchandise when it arrives. If the shipment is incorrect or you find excessive damage, you should refuse the shipment and give us a call immediately at +18282510497. Make sure you report any damages or problems with merchandise within 5 days of receipt, and Namiol will replace the damaged order. After this 5-day period we cannot be held responsible for damaged or incorrect packages.
- If you decide to return an item, you can do so within 30 days of receipt. Namiol does not accept returns after 30 days. Returns will be subject to restock fees, which vary by manufacturer. Namiol is not responsible for freight charges or shipping costs to return merchandise.
- Custom orders are non-returnable. Namiol offers free color samples for most of our products – request them prior to ordering to make sure you’re satisfied.
- All items must be returned in the original carton, undamaged, unassembled and unused.
- Should you wish to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. Please know that some of our items are made to order. Should one of these items already be in production, the item may not be able to be cancelled or will be cancelled but assessed a restocking fee. If the item is customized, it will not be returnable.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
